Manage your Plans

My Marketplace allows you to manage your Catalog of Plans, and define all of their attributes including benefit details, rates, eligibility, service area, etc.

Design and Deploy

With My Marketplace, you can present your plans to new and existing Employer Groups through an informative selection experience – which then enables the consultant and employer to design a benefit package containing the right mix of plan offerings.

Educate and Enroll

Once the Employer group settles on their preferred mix of plan offerings, My Marketplace™ enables that group’s Employees to enroll in your plans through user-friendly Online Self Service- for Open Enrollment, New Hires, and Life Events.  As a rules-based engine, My Marketplace prevents your plans from being enrolled by employers, employees, and/or their dependents who are not eligible.

Bill, Reconcile and Remit

Once plans are enrolled, My Marketplace will handle Consolidated Billing for all product types, reconciliation, and remittance – for Premiums, Fees, and Commissions.

Interface Data

As enrollments as captured, My Marketplace’s sophisticated EDI Manager will transmit election data to carriers – on a weekly or regular basis as configured – and most importantly, with quality and accuracy.
